{"id":504,"date":"2024-04-09T19:09:46","date_gmt":"2024-04-09T19:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.resa.mx\/?p=504"},"modified":"2024-04-09T19:09:50","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T19:09:50","slug":"algunas-disposiciones-aplicables-para-el-pago-del-aguinaldo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.resa.mx\/en\/algunas-disposiciones-aplicables-para-el-pago-del-aguinaldo\/","title":{"rendered":"ALGUNAS DISPOSICIONES APLICABLES PARA EL PAGO DEL AGUINALDO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>De conformidad con el numeral 87, primer p\u00e1rrafo de la LFT, el pago del aguinaldo se debe cubrir antes del 20 de diciembre de cada a\u00f1o, es decir el 19 de dicho mes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El aguinaldo es una prestaci\u00f3n obligatoria y se entrega de manera general a los trabajadores de confianza, administraci\u00f3n y a operativos, permanentes o eventuales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El art\u00edculo 87 de la LFT, establece que los patrones deben entregar a sus trabajadores 15 d\u00edas de salario, por un a\u00f1o de servicio. A los que no han cumplido el a\u00f1o de labores, se considerara la parte proporcional conforme al tiempo que hubiese laborado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los patrones deben incluir los d\u00edas en que el trabajador presto sus servicios y los d\u00edas que estan amparados por incapacidades por maternidad y riesgos de trabajo; los d\u00edas que gozaron de licencias por paternidad y los permisos con goce de salario, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 42, fracciones I, II, III y IV; 87; 127, fracci\u00f3n IV; 132, fracci\u00f3n XXVII Bis;
